​Credits/Returns Policy

CREDITS/RETURNS: Except to the extent of any liability imposed by the ACL, authorisation must be obtained before returninggoods for credit. No goods will be accepted for credit that are correctly supplied and invoiced if not returned freight paid within14 days and delivery freight will be charged. Also a 15% restocking fee will be charged for any goods supplied correctly.Goods forwarded in error will be replaced no charge freight paid. Goods incorrectly sent must be held by the customer pendingour further instruction.

CREDITS/RETURNS PROCEDURE RETURNED FOR WARRANTY

1. All goods returned to Bordo International MUST be accompanied by a Return Authorisation Number. Goods returned toBordo International without an RA will not be processed. 

 2. All RA returns are to be delivered to Bordo International Pty Ltd 3 Kingston Park Court Knoxfield Victoria 3180 Australia. 

 3. Cost of returning all goods under warranty including transport and insurance, is the CUSTOMER’S responsibility. 

 4. Goods must be properly packaged for return, goods damaged in transit will void warranty.

 5. Goods returned for warranty will be repaired or replaced at Bordo International’s discretion. 

 6. Whilst Bordo International will endeavour to return warrantied goods to customers as quickly as possible, temporaryreplacement items will not be supplied. 

 7. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all warranty returns. 

 8. Goods returned with NO FAULT FOUND may be charged a minimum adminstration fee of $25.00 +GST per item. 

 RETURNED FOR CREDIT 

 1. All credit requests must be made to your account/sales representative OR to Bordo Customer Service. 

 2. All goods returned to Bordo International MUST be accompanied by a Return Authorisation Number. Goods returned toBordo International without an RA will not be processed. 

 3. Specifically ordered non-stock items will not be accepted for credit. 

 4. Credit will be issued at Bordo International’s discretion and, where applicable, re-stocking fees will apply. 

 5. All RA returns are to be delivered to Bordo International Pty Ltd 3 Kingston Park Court Knoxfield Victoria 3180 Australia. 

 6. Goods may be considered as eligible for credit return provided that ALL of the following criteria are met: 

 a) a credit Return Authorisation number (RA) is obtained prior to sending the returned goods; and 

 b) the goods are returned unopened, undamaged and in original packaging, and as such must not have additional price,warranty, freight and/or other sticker, tags or labels attached; and 

 c) the returned goods are received by Bordo International within 14 days of receipt of goods by the customer. 

 7. If returned goods are deemed by Bordo International NOT to be in a re-saleable condition, credit will be denied and it will bethe customer’s responsibility to arrange the collection of the goods. 

 8. Unless Bordo International have incorrectly shipped products, transport charges will be paid by the customer unlessotherwise agreed by Bordo International in writing.
